Garlic is rich in allicin, a defense molecule that prevents harmful bacteria from proliferating in the mouth. So, don’t stop yourself from consuming raw onions and garlic; just look up measures to get rid of bad breath caused by them.
Both these fruits are fibrous and low in calories. They contain malic acid, which naturally makes teeth whiter. They also contain potassium which improves bone mineral density.
Last but not least, a food item you should increase your intake of is water. Drinking water with fluoride is one of the easiest things you can do to help prevent cavities. It is the best medium to wash away excess food particles.
